A. Hng Squat Clean - 30 reps for time @ 225# - 5:59, I don't know if I'm not used to moving loads like this anymore, or if I underestimated this workout but it was taxing. I thought it would take about 4 minutes. I didn't eat many carbs today or last night so that could also be a contributing factor.
