Jan 21 power cleans+ ctb/burpee

A. Power Clean - in 4-5 sets, build to tough single; rest as needed -300lbs

30 Power Cleans @ 45% (135)
30 Power Cleans @ 65% (195lbs)
AMRAP Power Cleans @ 85% in remaining time (255lbs)
*base all loads on "A"
I got through 17 at 255lbs but missed 1 rep. These felt much better than a couple months ago. The 8 min amrap @90% was the same weight I got 29 reps in 8 minutes. Today I got through 17 reps in about 3 minutes after the 60 prior reps at the lighter weight.

5:40, This gave me Fran cough. I did these to a 6'' target.  Pull-ups I did 10-10-10 rd 1/ 10,5,5 rd 2/ 6,4 rd 3
Any data on either of these? They both felt decent.
