Tuesday 2.3.15




A. Front Squat - 3,3,3; rest 3min (build) - 315-335-365 (only got 2 at 365). It was a big jump to 365 but I thought I could do it. 

B. Muscle-up - 10 reps for time; rest 3min x4

rd 3 - :35
rd 4 - :39

These felt better than the other day. Still pretty hard to hit rd 4 UB.

I didn't manage my time well + I got a few phone calls mid workout. I'm going to try to get the rest done in the morning then do  a slightly shorter recovery in the PM.
