A. Split Jerk - build to tough single; rest as needed- 315 from blocks, I always fell better with a clean and jerk than from the blocks, not sure why.
B. STOH - 10 reps for time @ 77% of "A"; rest 3min x2 245lbs Rd 1- 10 UB in :47.(really hard for me) Rd 2, 7/3 split. 1:38 (Almost died)

A. Snatch Ladder from 2012 Regional - We did a team version of the snatch ladder- 12:00 as a team to HS walk 250 ft then snatch to a HS in remaining time on one bar starting at 205 and adding 10lbs. Kyle hit 245, I hit 255, D.J. hit 265 (and 270 after the bell)

Team Training - Did a M/F partner version of Tommy V. Male does 21 thrusters 12 rope climbs, Female does the same. Both do 15 thrusters/9 rope climbs, both do 9 Thrusters/6 rope climbs. We got 21:50.
