Bergeron Beep Test
Not at all mentally prepared to push like I should have.I felt somewhat sick from the sewer gas I was breathing in all day. I finished with 8 seconds to spare in rd 11 and found myself still staring at the bar 10 seconds into rd 12.
I tested this before the open and got 12.5 rds
I am somewhat confused by I.C.E. I feel like they all kind of go hand in hand.
If my effort is high then the Intensity would be pretty high. The design of the workout would be the only other factor I can think of. i.e. time length and weights
I'm guessing what you are asking for is more relative to how my body responds to the workout rather than weight x distance/time. Please advise.
That being said here is my Ice score
I- 8 (could have been more intense had I mentally been able to push myself harder)
C- 7 ( kids running around and sewer gas had me a little distracted)
E - 7 (Pretty disappointed that I didn't try for rd 12)
All in all had I not had a coach I would have not done anything today considering all the SHIT (literally) that I was dealing with.
